Gina is a Design Research Consultant who is passionate about making products and services more human-centred. Previously, she has worked as a qualitative research assistant at University College London and as a People’s Advisory Services intern in EY Korea. She has extensive experience working with vulnerable adults and children, largely as a volunteer and private tutor. She also has experience conducting literature reviews and structured interviews. She holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Psychology and Language Sciences from University College London.
