Tom is a qualitative research specialist with experience in a variety of sectors. He is skilled in a wide range of research methodologies from interviews, focus groups and diary studies to archetype development and report writing. Before joining EY Tom completed a MSc in Human Factors as well as a BSc in Product Design.
