With a deep understanding of how to provide technology at speed and harness the power of innovation at scale he acknowledges the need to put people at the centre to sustain change. The importance of putting your consumer first and design thinking is at the heart of how he believes organisations can deliver long-term growth.

Michael has worked across a wide range of sectors, including media, technology, telecommunications, professional services, health, government and aerospace.
